NRSNG® Mobile Subscription Refund-Apple

Can I receive a refund for my NRSNG® mobile subscription through Apple?

You may be able to receive a refund if it's in line with Apple's refund policy.

How To Request a Refund:

  1. Open your mailbox from Home screen
  2. Search for "Your receipt from Apple"
  3. Tap on the receipt for the purchase you want refunded
  4. Tap "Report a Problem" next to the purchase you want to report, and this will redirect you to Apple's problem reports page
  5. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted
  6. Tap "Choose Problem" and select a problem from the menu
  7. Enter details for your problem, then tap Submit

Apple should respond within a few days to a week.
