Can I receive a refund for NRSNG mobile subscription through Apple?
1. Open your mailbox from Home screen
2. Search for "Your receipt from Apple"
3. Tap on the receipt for the purchase you want refunded.
4. Tab "Report a Problem" next to the purchase you want to report, this will redirected to Apple's problem reports page.
5. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted. Tap Choose Problem and select a problem from the menu.
6. Enter details for your problem, then tap Submit.
Apple should respond within a few days to a week.
